Attend an In-Person ICPG Event

Are you interested in attending an upcoming ICPG in-person event? The Financial Assistance Program can assist with reimbursement of automobile mileage and other travel-related expenses, to help you attend a training or event and learn more about Problem Gambling.

Terms & Conditions

The Financial Assistance Program is only available to Illinois residents.

Applications must be submitted via the form below, and no less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the event.

A valid, dated receipt from the merchant or vendor is required for all reimbursable expenses Google Maps (or equivalent) is used for mileage calculation.

ICPG follows the Illinois Travel Reimbursement Schedule for the reimbursement of lodging, automobile mileage, and other travel-related expenses.

Maximum reimbursement amount is dependent on the distance between the applicant’s home zip code and the location of the in-person event.

Reimbursements are made at ICPG’s discretion and are subject to funds availability.

By submitting this form, I certify that all travel expenses and receipts submitted for this training are true, accurate, and actually incurred.

I explicitly attest that none of these expenses have been, or will be, submitted for reimbursement or coverage to any other source, including my employer, other grants, or a separate third-party organization. I understand that these expenses are funded by a grant and that duplicating claims constitutes a misuse of funds.
